EastWest Bank or commonly abbreviated as EW Bank is a universal bank in the Philippines. It was founded in 1994 and is a subsidiary of the Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC), a domestic publicly listed holding company. EW Bank offers traditional banking deposit and lending products is a member of the PDIC and BancNet. In 2013 it had a total of 255 branches (153 in Metro Manila) and 301 ATMs. Some of its retail bank account product line includes regular non interest bearing check accounts, passbook savings accounts, Peso and Dollar Time Deposit accounts and Renminbi savings accounts.
